To expand its team, Riverlane Tax lawyers is looking for a driven tax lawyer or tax economist. We are an office with short communication lines, in which you will work within a team of professional tax lawyers with extensive experience. Within your function you are responsible for handling tax legal issues and giving tax advice. You have built up experience in this field so that you are able to independently analyse a wide range of tax issues. You come up with a brief and concise advice tailored to the client’s needs and can substantiate this from a technical point of view.
Job description:
- consulting Dutch and foreign clients within a general tax advisory practice
- holding discussions with clients and the tax authorities
- maintaining contacts with banks, notaries and other business service providers
- assessing and drawing up agreements and notarial deeds
- affinity with corporate law issues
Profile:
- approximately 4 – 8 years of demonstrable relevant work experience
- you aim for top quality
- you are accurate and analytically strong
- you are not afraid to be pragmatic
- a completed master’s degree in tax law or tax economics
- excellent verbal and written skills
- good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
